All first-timers please read this and do the following:
1. Discord – If you haven’t connected already, please reach out to a BLT member and get a Discord invite. This is our daily-use communication tool. Come chat and run some Squad with us!
2. Recruit profile – This is general information about you. Please fill out as much information as you are comfortable with. We would like to get to know you and develop a relationship so we can go into battle with a brother and not some “dude”. **Please copy and paste the form at the bottom of this post, paste into a reply in this thread, and fill in the information.
3. Rules – Please familiarize yourself with the rules page HERE. We want to maximize enjoyment, teamwork, and success. These rules hope to ensure those goals.
4. BCT Evaluation and Operator Qualifiers – This is to determine where you are in your Squad development. We want to find out your strengths and weaknesses so we can help you where you struggle and put you in roles you are best at.
After a probationary period, BLT leadership will meet and consider full BLT membership for recruits.
